Annoyed the £(*&£&^$ out of me when it first happened - because I didn't know what was going on.
One would think it would find a better way to tell you.
Anyway - choose a font that you have got on your system before typing.
When adobe indesign CS4 does this it means that you're using a font that it doesn't support.
